Is NVQ Level 4 Construction Site Supervision Right for You?
The NVQ Level 4 Construction Site Supervision is suited for site supervisors who typically coordinate multiple trade operations and work for larger construction companies (i.e. the main contractor). This role is often referred to as a management assistant position because it is considered mostly office-based, and site supervisors usually work very closely with the site management team.
You must have substantial site supervisory experience and be actively involved in the day-to-day site running activities, such as implementing and maintaining project H&S procedures, liaising with contractors and coordinating their work operations, organising resources, and monitoring progress.
